City Clerk/Recorder Cindi Holyoak Phone: 435-587-2271 Email: cindi@monticelloutah.org	Cindi grew up 15 miles east of Monticello in the country. She attended college at Southern Utah State College (now known as SUU). She is passionate about music and loves picnics in the mountains. She has been the City Recorder since 2006 and is a CMC (Certified Municipal Clerk). She loves working with the dedicated City Council and citizens of this wonderful city every day.

She loves spending time outdoors and with her children and grandchildren. She is excited about her position with the City of Monticello and the opportunities she will have to work with boards and committees to make this town a great place to live. She has been working for the City Since 2013.
