Monticello City Pool Programming
Swim Team: Join the Monticello Piranhas. This program is intended to introduce swimmers ages 8-18 to competitive swimming. This group will concentrate on the fundamentals of competitive swimming (rules and regulations), technique and stroke development with an introduction to endurance training in a fun and dynamic environment.
Water Aerobics (see schedule times/dates): Use the natural resistance and buoyancy of water against your body to provide a wide variety of conditioning. This class will help increase your energy, stamina, and strength. No pre-registration required.
Aqua Boot Camp (see schedule for times/dates): Take your water workout to the next level. This high-energy class is sure break a sweat and burn those calories. You will perform a range of aerobic moves both water and land based. No pre-registration required.
Master Swim: Tu, Th, and Sa during AM Lap Swim. Come workout as a group and improve your swimming and competitive strokes. An instructor will be available to lead workouts. No pre-registration required.
Lap swim: every AM with select PM times. Public access limited to lap lanes.
Splash Time: parent supervision required, water feature will be turned on and public access is limited to shallow end.
Adaptive Swim: public access is limited, priority is given to those who require caregivers to assist with swimming or use of pool chair.
Open Swim: Open to all public. All water feature toys, slide, etc are available for use. Pickelball court available for use, simply ask lifeguards for equipment.
